Staff
Yugen
The owner of the establishment, "Yugen" [幽玄] or YuXuan [幽玄] is the head consultant of the Shingetsu as well as the main individual behind the medicinal formulas. Driven by sentimental memories, he decided to open Jia [家] in remembrance to those whom taught and once stood beside him.
You can typically find him behind the counter preparing almost everything on the menu and casually conversing with those who sit bar side. On rare occasions, he'll wander from behind the counter to check on tables. Although it's preferred you place your orders at the counter.
Calliope
Originating from The Black Shroud, Calliope is Yugen's partner in opening up Jia. Providing a variety of desserts and a sunshining outlook. You may not find anyone 'brighter' than Calliope behind the counter and roaming the halls.
The mastermind behind the offered desserts, she also offers packing such goodies to take home on the chance you're too full to have such treats at the establishment!
Small Plates
