The Buzzing Hive
Nestled in the heart of Kugane and owned by the eccentric Hachi, The Buzzing Hive is a flourishing corner shop that sells premium, locally sourced honey and bee products, as well as seasonal flora. Whereas entertainment is taken in lieu of payment during markets and festivals, patrons of The Buzzing Hive are expected to trade in coin, items, or information--or perhaps a favor if the owner is inclined. Aside from running the shop, Hachi has other business ventures and is currently the communications director for the Sacred Oak foundation; a charity organization that funds orphanages around the world. The Buzzing Hive currently supplies Shingetsu with honey and beeswax, with Hachi also agreeing to scout for able bodies experienced with childcare.
